Walking the streets of Rome at night is even better than during the day. When the sun goes down and the lights come on, a new ambiance and atmosphere grips the city and it’s a wonderful experience to see all the sights from the Trevi fountain to the Vatican lit up. We paused as we walked over St. Angelo bridge to appreciate the beauty of Castel Sant’Angelo and the River Tiber. It was a sight to saver before continuing our walk along the river.
