Whitby is a more popular destination on the Yorkshire coast than Scarborough. No offence to Whitby, I just think Scarborough has more to offer. However, we still had a day trip to Whitby and enjoyed the sights.
Whitby has a lot to offer with its views, coastline, Abbey, history and shops/cafes. But like last year it was busy and overcrowded, which isn’t enjoyable normally but during these times of Covid, it just didn’t feel right.
