We stopped off in Beverley for a walk round, I managed to have a quick look inside the grand Minster, in between toddler meltdowns. I’m not religious in any sense but I love cathedrals, churches and minsters because of the architecture and history. Beverley’s minister is a must visit.

We walked around the town, having ice cream in Cafe V, which had some very welcoming and friendly staff. One of which very nicely gave our daughter a mini ice cream for free. It was a nice respite from dealing with a hyperactive toddler who wanted to run all over town!

We loved Hull when we visited back in 2015 and we still do. Even though this was just a brief visit we enjoyed walking around the centre, grabbing a bite from Costa and enjoying the architectural delights of Hull.
